Realfoot is a Czech brand making wide toe box, zero drop barefoot shoes for both men and women, with styles for everyday wear, hiking, running and winter. As well as low shoes, sneakers and boots (including vegan options), I see they sell toe socks and insoles. Their shoes are hand-sewn in the EU, and the toe room is known for being especially generous.

I'd say these are for people who want the most toe splay going, and the length runs true to size. The heel and midfoot are slimmer, so very square toes or wide ankles may need care, and one owner went up two sizes for that.
