Jenon Leather is a small, family-run Czech business making handmade leather shoes, sandals, boots and sneakers. The range is mostly women's and unisex styles, in sizes EU 36 to 48, and I like that you can order standard colours or have a pair made to your own colours or foot measurements. The soles are thin and flexible, around 4mm, with a roomy toe box.

Roomy, tall toe boxes that suit wide or splayed feet well, though one reviewer found the knee-high boots too wide. Sizes run true, but I'd size up in the sheepskin-lined Snowflake and if you're between sizes in the Villet.
