Briar is a small Irish brand where Rose makes leather barefoot sandals by hand, to order, in her home studio. I like that you send in foot tracings and measurements for a custom fit, and that the straps can be rethreaded into lots of different styles. They have a flat, zero-drop footbed and a thin rubber sole.
